Meet Simone and Chef Cynthia, the dynamic duo behind Jhoii cafes, wellness and accommodation in Bali.
We are not just about good food; we’re on a perpetual dance towards sustainability on the island of Bali. We are dedicated to sourcing natural, locally grown ingredients, embracing the essence of pesticide free and organic farming practices, and understanding the journey of our waste. At Jhoii, we use only eco friendly, organic products to clean inside and out. We are BIG fans of knowing not only what goes into our bodies but also what goes into our oceans, this includes what our team handles when cleaning Jhoii from top to bottom. We know what we buy and how it affects our food system and health. Embracing the essence of local, spray free and organic farming practices takes work. Refraining from using anything with palm oil creates a BIG change in toxic consumerism. We do not use white sugar or processed sauces; and we certainly do not use any with MSG, nor do we add any MSG! We proudly support the Borneo jungle, we do not use palm oil or buy products containing palm oil. Jhoii is partnered with the Orangutan Foundation International (OFI_Australia) and we volunteer globally where we can.

At Jhoii, we prioritise ingredients as close to nature intended it to be, with low human interference, maximising the absorption of essential nutrients into our bodies.
