Two and a half decades investigating and documenting Balinese cuisine are the foundation in the style of cooking served in Art Cafe Bumbu Bali.

More then 20 years ago we made a firm commitment to Bali’s incredible food culture when we opened Bumbu Bali, Restaurant & Cooking School in Tanjung Benoa.
